2010 NEW POLICY ON PLAYING IN ALABAMA ISA MEN'S OPEN STATE TOURNAMENTS.

To play:  C D or E class teams must have played in at least 2 ISA sanctioned tournaments.  This will also include the Florida Panhandle teams registered in Alabama.  One of these tournaments can be an out of state ISA sanctioned tournament, one must have been played in Alabama or Florida Panhandle under the control of the Alabama State Director.  We must be able to verify that your team played out of state by calling the ISA Director of that state. 

Inning Ending Out will be in effect for all state tournaments and the offensive disqualification rule will be in effect for E Class.
