2010 ALABAMA ISA POINT CHALLENGE CUP

PROGRAM

RULES

1. Purpose: To reward teams and players for playing Alabama ISA Tournaments. To create more interest in, and to encourage more teams to play ISA tournaments.

2. Qualification: Only Alabama ISA registered teams will qualify.   If  out of state team wins the tournament, then we will go to the first Alabama registered team in the order of finish, and so on, to award points. Only Men's Open teams are eligible. However, Men's Church teams that play in Open tournaments will qualify. Teams will not be classed within this program. Everyone will be on the same list, as most of our tournaments are based on the low bid system anyway.

3. Funds: Funds to support this program will come from a portion of the team registration/sanction fees submitted to the State Director.

4. Monitor: The Alabama ISA State Director will monitor the program will make any decisions in relation to the program. Suggestions and ways to improve the program will be accepted and considered.

5. The Point System:

Qualifiers      1st Place ---------100 Points
                    2nd Place--------- 75 Points
                    3rd Place ----------50 Points
                    4th Place --- through last place ------25 Points

State Tournaments        1st Place ----------200 Points
                                    2nd Place ---------150 Points
                                    3rd Place----------100 Points
                                    4th Place --- through last place ------25 Points

National or World Tournaments - Points awarded will be same as State Tournaments.

6. Awards:  Will be merchandise such as pullovers or jackets etc for the Winning Team, and T-shirts for 2nd.

7. Time Period: This program will include all ISA tournaments played in the State of Alabama, and tournaments played in the Florida Panhandle under the control of the Alabama State Director in 2010, and any ISA national or world tournaments played in 2010.
